Please read our terms of service and sale thoroughly before purchasing.

  • To place an order we require payment through PayPal/our online store.

  • Orders are shipped only on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

  • Animals will only be shipped when weather permits on the shipping and receiving end.

  • Purchasers will not be charged extra if we have to hold an order until weather is suitable.

  • We offer a live arrival guarantee on all of our animals.

  • Purchaser must be present on predetermined delivery date to receive live shipment at address that was given for shipping.

  • Purchaser Must confirm live arrival through a message to me within 30 minutes of arrival.

  • If Purchaser cannot comply to be present on predetermined delivery date or confirm arrival within 30 minutes of delivery a refund will not be issued.

  • When the delivery has been received by purchaser it is their responsibility to provide proper set up, temperatures, food and humidity. It is your responsibility as a pet owner to educate yourself on the full needs of your pet!

  • If the animal should pass before arrival we will require immediate photographic evidence of deceased animal and unboxing video.

  • Once evidence is provided of deceased arrival we will decide whether a refund will be issued. If we decide a store credit is to be issued we will cover shipping on said order.

  • Monetary refunds will not be issued. No exceptions.

FireHouse Geckos LLC is not responsible for delays or issues that come about due to the carrier or the weather !!!

Sexing

All babies will be marked as unsexed unless I do not see visible pores and the gecko is over 15 grams then it will be marked probable female.

Payment Plan

All geckos can be placed on hold with a 25% non-refundable deposit as long as the gecko is $200 and up with the final payment due within 30 days. Once I have received the deposit I will place the gecko on “hold” and once final payment is received gecko will be marked as “sold”.

Gecko Tails

Geckos drop their tails, often for no apparent reason. Because of this, we cannot be held responsible for tails dropped during shipping or while under our care, and no refunds will be given for dropped tails.

LIFETIME CARE POLICY

If for whatever reason you can no longer care for a reptile you have purchased from us, we will at any time of the animal’s life, be willing to accept the animal back into our care. There will be no refund issued, however in some cases we may be willing to pay for all or part of the return shipping if necessary. The animal will then be placed in a suitable new home, or will remain with us. It is our promise to every animal we produce that it will forever have a place to return to and be cared for properly.
